This is a list of the items not in our Employee Management System, that you may find in other systems.
StaffOrg.com was the first HR System for everyone of our customers. It was used to upgrade from a paper/spreadsheet based process.
But they all had a payroll system/service in place. So why change to a new system and over complicate things. Rather than getting customers to learn a new Payroll Package and transfer all their data across. We choose not to implement Payroll and let them continue using their existing, working set-up.
This makes it easier, simpler and quicker for companies to implement our solution.
With our system, staff use a web browser to record their working hours.
This eliminates the need for physical clocking machines. The benefits are no queue of people all waiting to use the same machine to record their hours. No worries about what happens if a physical machine breaks. Ne need for the expense and time for an engineer to call out and repair it.
This makes our system more efficient and helps to lower the cost.
