All the data on the system is backed up every night and stored securely on another server.
This ensures that if an issue should occur with the production servers, your data is always safe and can be restored.
Local Backup
You can also retrieve a copy of each employee's data from the system. You can back this up on your local computers. This may be for compliance reason or as part of your individual data protection policy.
Backup Employee's Data
It requires two steps for each employee.
1. Login to the manager application.
2. Select the employee who's data you wish to backup.
3. Click the backup button.
4. Enter the file name and click OK.
The Employee's data is now backed up to the local file.
5. In the reports section.
6. Open 'Person Hours Report'.
7. Select the employee form the list.
8. Select the dates for the report.
9. Click run to view the report.
10. Click 'Summary' to save the report to the local file.
You now have a copy of all the employee's data from the system.
