It's a system used by staff and managers from any on-line computer.
Rostering your staff View the roster for the chosen departments. Update staff hours as required. Staff can see their working hours and roster for their department.
Organising Holidays Staff can view holiday entitlement, book holiday from their desktop. Managers can approve or deny requests, see holiday entitlements and scheduled for all staff.
Check time keeping/Attendance Managers can run reports to identify what time staff start and finished work. Details who didn't arrive into work and the reason why.
Managing Sick Days Run reports to identify problems with sick days by department and staff. Store sick day details and enable staff to submit self certified sick days for approval.

Recording Working Hours Staff press a button on their computer to record hours. Managers can view reports of timekeeping, hours worked and see who didn't record their hours.
Technology
Employees access the system from any on-line computer using a web browser. Managers do the same but need to install* Java to run the enhanced features of the manager application.
We take care of all the back-ups, updates, patches. You just use the system to easily manage your staff.

Security
We own the servers and only run our system on them. This means no interference or security issues from other applications.
Servers are secured by state of the art Cisco Firewalls that prevent unauthorised access, Denial of Service Attacks and provides an Intrusion detection system.
The servers are located in a secure data centre that has several back-up power and internet connectivity systems in place.
Access to the servers is only permitted over SSL the same technology used by on-line banking. This protects the communication between you and the servers.
Every company has a unique database. This secures your data and prevents issues with other companies affecting you.
You can ensure managers are only able to access the system from a specific network or computer that you choose.
Confidentiality
During set-up we have an account that can see your information, you can turn this off at any time.
Support staff are not able to view your information, if you like, you can grant them access to the set-up account, to resolve issues.
Authorised staff can access your database directly, but only from our office.
