Our software is easy-to-use, but still a new system for you to get to grips with. To help you get familiar with the system, we walk you through the whole process by phone. So you don't waste time figuring out how something works or what it can and cannot do.
By Phone at Your Pace
We show you how to get each employee set-up on the system (1 minute). Answer any questions you have. Show you how to access the required information from the system.
We usually book customers in for a couple of hours to get set-up. Then let you try out the system on your own. You can call us at any time if you need assistance. We then do a follow up session to iron out any final questions.
On Going Support
Once you are comfortable using the system, you can then use our email support to help with any future questions that may arise. There is also a repository of online video tutorials to help you perform specific tasks.
